Here Come The Turkeys

We butchered four turkeys last Saturday and here is the weigh-in:
Drum roll please....
1 at 34 lbs.
2 at 36 lbs. and
1 at 40 lbs!!!
We are cooking the 40 pounder tomorrow. I'll let you know how fitting it in the oven went! :-)
